Biographical/Historical Note
Julia Frances Hammond Spring was born in Franklin County, Georgia on January 11, 1822. She married Benjamin Franklin "B. F." Spring (1818-1902) of Bradley County, Tenn. She was active in the Methodist Church. Spring died May 3, 1885, and is buried in Bledsoe County, Tennessee.
