Abstract
This collection houses correspondence, financial information, and histories documenting the activities of the Texas Association for Radiation Research (TARR) between 1968 and 1986.
Biographical/Historical Note
The Texas Association for Radiation Research was founded by a group of persons wanting to foster communications among themselves, students, persons interested in radiation, and its effects--chemical, biological, physical, medical, and industrial. The first meeting was on Nov. 22 and 23, 1968, at the University of Texas, Austin.
