Biographical/Historical Note
August R. Lee Read of Cincinnati, Ohio, attended Notre Dame University as a minim (grade-school age students who lived in St. Edward's Hall on the Notre Dame campus) from 1909 to 1912. He worked in Chattanooga for various companies, including for his uncle Augustus Meehan.
Arrangement
Collection is in a single box. The material is arranged in two folders which represent the two series: Scrapbook and Loose material from Scrapbook.
