ALS. Asks Henry, who was a special policeman in Washington, whether or not he had on June 18th arrested Leonidas Houk for public drunkenness. Asks whether or not, if he was unfamiliar with Houk, did he arrest anyone on the 16th for drunkenness, whom he turned over to Lieutenant J. E. Boteler and subsequently learned was Houk.
