Scope and Contents Note From the Collection: In this letter, Andrew Jackson suggests minimum educational possibilities for the new college to furnish. Depending on Hutchings improvement, Jackson suggests further studies that might be provided. Jackson writes to William Donelson in regards to Andrew Jackson Hutchings, asking him to escort Hutchings to a college in Franklin in the care of a Mr. Otey.
