Scope and Contents Note From the Collection: This collection consists of five documents relating to Andrew Jackson. The first is a duplicate receipt for payments to soldiers dated January 11, 1813. The second and third are the original and typescript versions of a letter from Andrew Jackson to Captain Richard K. Call telling him that Jackson wants to withdraw his resignation.
