Scope and Contents Note From the Collection: This small leaflet responds to citizen concerns by assuring them that the State Guard will in no way molest law abiding citizens. They will aid civil officers in arresting and prosecuting rebels, robbers, and assassins in order to make it safe for loyal citizens and their property.
