This collection consists of Donald Paine's research (including transcripts, newspaper clippings, photographs, VHS tapes, and other items) documenting the 1985 murder trials of Roger Dale Epperson and Benny Lee Hodge.

This collection contains lectures, handouts, notes, photocopies of court documents, maps, newspaper clippings, and photographs collected by Donald Paine that document State of Tennessee v. Fulton, a case related to the murder of UT graduate Sam Parker on July 5, 1906.

This collection consists of 33 audio compact discs (CD) containing sets of lectures presented at the 2007 and 2008 review seminars organized by the Tennessee Law Institute (TLI). This collection contains a scrapbook that has numerous pictures, newspaper articles, and magazine articles that pertain to the life, accomplishments, and family of General Douglas MacArthur, along with three audio records titled “General of the Army Douglas MacArthur’s Report to Congress” from April 19, 1951.

This collections houses a printed notice from Douglass, Wood, & Co. informing customers that they have sold their Nashville business to Gibson & Winston. It is accompanied by a statement from Gibson & Winston that they will continue the business as before.

The Dr. Alvin Nielsen Papers document Nielsen's tenure as physics professor, head of the Physics Department, and the dean of the College of Liberal Arts (now the College of Arts and Sciences) at the University of Tennessee, from 1935-1980. His papers include reports, correspondence, presentations and speeches, newspaper articles, and photographs. The papers also contain materials collected after his retirement and death that commemorate his achievements, from 1980-2001.
