and Margaret Ann Roth Papers
This collection consists primarily of approximately 8,000 photographs of the Great Smoky Mountains and the Smoky Mountains Hiking Club taken by Albert Gordon Dutch Roth between 1916 and 1960. It also houses a number of photographs taken by Dutch Roth's daughter, Margaret Ann Roth, and a variety of print materials (including correspondence, announcements and invitations, programs, and maps) documenting the SMHC.

"A Vegetation Analysis of the Great Smoky Mountains"
A Walk in the Spring Rain Original Screenplay
This collection contains the original screenplay for the 1970 film A Walk in the Spring Rain, directed by Guy Green. The film was apapted from Rachel Maddux's 1966 novel of the same name by screenwriter Stirling Silliphant and starred actors Anthony Quinn and Ingrid Bergman. The film was shot on location in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Al Watson Collection
This collection from Al Watson consists of over 1,500 color photographs taken by Watson documenting trails, vistas, and other scenery within the Great Smoky Mountains. Also included are pamphlets, correspondence, reports, and other papers documenting activities of the Smoky Mountains Hiking Club as well as other activities related to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Alice Brehm Williamson Elkmont Collection
This collection documents the last years of the Wonderland Hotel and village at Elkmont, spanning from the 1970s until the area's closure in 1992. It details the ownership arrangement of the land and leases of the buildings as well as the history of the community. Included are correspondence, records, photographs and newspaper columns concerning the Elkmont community and the Wonderland Hotel.
Allen R. Coggins Collection
Materials from Allen Coggins' research in writing his book Place Names of the Smokies as well as from his time as a tour guide in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Also included are his personal library and photograph collection related to the GSMNP.

Bain Family Collection
This collection consists of materials belonging to botanist Samuel Bain and his family. Most materials in the collection are related to the Great Smoky Mountains.
Betsey Beeler Creekmore Papers
This collection contains the notes, photographs, and books collected by Betsey Beeler Creekmore for her publications and research about the Knoxville region and the Great Smoky Mountains.
Bogart Family Great Smoky Mountains Postcard Collection
The collection consists of 19 postcards depicting the Great Smoky Mountains. The postcards were mailed to the family and friends of the Bogart family during the early 20th century.
Camp LeConte for Boys Yearbooks
This collection consists of three yearbooks from the Camp LeConte for Boys in Elkmont, Tennessee from 1938 to 1940. The yearbooks proclaim the camp as the only boys' camp in a national park,
and includes information on the camp staff, facilities, procedures, and activities such as hiking and archery. The yearbooks also include a roster of boys who attended the camp.
Carson Brewer Articles
Carson Brewer wrote these columns for the Knoxville News-Sentinel on such subjects as Knoxville, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the people and communities of the Smoky Mountains region, and the Tennessee Valley Authority between the 1940s and the 1980s.
Carson Brewer Articles
This collection contains 45 items, mainly articles written by Carson Brewer for the Knoxville News-Sentinel from 1959 to 1992. Most of the articles contain local stories about history and people's experiences or activities.

This collection consists of a stereoview (two photographs that can be combined to create a 3-D image) of a Mountaineer's Cabin, Cumberland Gap, TN. On the reverse is a brief description of the hardships of life in a log cabin.
Dunn-Oliver Collection
Earl M. Albertson Genealogical Research
This collection houses photographs, stories, records, and publications documenting the people of Greenbrier Cove in the Great Smoky Mountains. Among the family names discussed are Huskey, Ogle, Whaley, Reagan, Stinnett, Albertson, Dodgen, Bohannon, Shultz, and Ingle. The majority of the photographs are modern copies; the existence and location of the originals is not known.
Elgin P. Kintner, M.D. Smoky Mountains Collection
This collection consists primarily of photographs, slides, and negatives of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park that were taken during Dr. Kintner's frequent hikes through the park. Also included in the collection are a Kodaslide Stereo Viewer II and many stereoscopic slides, a cd with several photos and a spreadsheet of every photo in the collection, and two manuscripts by Dr. Kintner.
Elkmont Papers and Photographs
Collection contains material related to the history and preservation of the town of Elkmont, Tennessee. Papers in the collection include correspondence and member rosters from the Appalachian Club, maps, newspaper articles, and advertisements for the Wonderland Hotel. Also included are photographic prints and negatives of the area.
