This material documents some of William M. House's military service in World War II, especially with the 94th Troop Carrier Squadron. Included is a reunion program for the squadron alongside a letter July 1982 from Lt. Col. Thomas F. Corrigan from 1982. Additionally there is an undated booklet entitled "D-Day to V-E-Day."

This collection contains photocopies of material documenting the World War II military service of William Hudgens. Included are newspaper clippings regarding Hudgens' service, awards, and status as missing in action; a photograph of Hudgens alongside other soldiers; and the 1946 memorial edition of The Tennessee Alumnus which lists Hudgens.

This collection contains one copy of the publication "World War I and World War II Veterans of the United States of America Armed Forces from Van Buren County, Tennessee." Compiled by Landon D. Medley and Tony Bayless, this publication is approximately 88 pages and includes a photo and basic biographical information for individuals from Van Buren County who served in WWI or WWII.

This report, 16 pages in length, describes in technical detail the enterprise of 15 bombing missions carried out by the 315th Bombardment Wing of the U. S. Air Force against Japan's oil refineries in June 1945.

This collection consists of one scholarly paper, "War Crimes at Fukuoka, 1945," (1995) (author unknown); a newspaper clipping from The Palm Beach Post, dated July 23, 1998, regarding still-living survivors of the Normandy invasion; and copies of three documents (General Orders from Patton, Presidential Citation from Eisenhower, and poem by Allan W. Possel).

This collection houses military newspapers, veterans' newsletters, articles, letters, and official military documents showing the life of the enlisted Army soldier serving in the Pacific theater during World War II. The 106th Infantry Regiment is particularly well represented.

A seven-page typed memoir of Arthur C. Avery’s experiences with the 12th Armored Division during World War II. His recollections include his time training and serving overseas, particularly in France.

This collection contains correspondence from a soldier, only known as “Dwight,” during World War II. Most of the letters are addressed to his parents and are written between January 1944 and July 1945. The letters are written from places in Europe including Germany and Austria.

The book housed in this collection is composed of transcriptions of letters written between Private Clifford E. Keenan and his immediate family from 1942 to 1944. Editor Hugh T. Keenan (Clifford E. Keenan's younger brother) has also included a brief biographical introduction and numerous photographs of the Keenan family.

This collection includes recorded interviews with World War II veterans. In addition to their wartime experiences, veterans are asked about their upbringing, their lives before entering the service, and their attempts to readjust to civilian life after discharge. Information regarding theatre, branch and interviewer have been included when available. Transcripts are available for some interviews.

This collection contains English grammar books and maps of Brussels-Liege and Namur-Luxembourg distributed by the United States Army during World War II.

This collection contains 216 photographs from World War II, many of the which are from a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers station at Prince Rupert, British Columbia, Canada.
