In this indenture document, Waightstile (usually spelled Waightstill) Avery, John Blair McMahon, and John Thomas of North Carolina indebt themselves jointly to George Barkley for the sum of 44 pounds. Additionally, Avery alone indebts himself to Barkley for 22 pounds.

This collection consists of a single document detailing the debt that Humphrey Scroggins, Bartley Scroggins, and Russell Bean owed John Samms in Washington County, Tennessee, in 1791.

This collection houses a single account book dating 1836-1844. The book contains several handwritten oaths taken by grand jury foremen and traverse jury members. Instructions are also given on the judgment for plaintiffs in debt plea payment and financial accounts.
