Abstract This collection contains a variety of papers written by or about various political figures from 1813 to 1929 with the bulk of the material from 1868 through 1877 and 1892. While most of the political figures are from Tennessee, many others are from states including Kentucky, Ohio, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, and Virginia.
