Abstract This scrapbook consists primarily of clippings from such Tennessee newspapers as the Chattanooga News, the Knoxville Sentinel, the Nashville Tennessean, and the Memphis Press documenting Harry T. Burn's decisive vote to ratify the 19th (women's suffrage) Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
