Abstract This collection contains writings by Hilde Hoffman, largely regarding her experiences during World War II. The bulk is made up of the typed manuscript, approximately 665 pages, for Hoffman's "Growing Up in Hitler's Shadow" which tells the story of a young girl born and raised in Germany during Hitler's regime.
