This collection documents the military service of Albert F. Tramposch, Staff Sergeant of the 529th Fighter Squadron stationed in China during World War II. The collection contains diaries, photographs, memorabilia, pamphlets and booklets, publications, maps, and military records dating from 1942 to 1946.

Publications belonging to World War II veteran James Bowman including a photocopy of a 1945 “Monsoon Weather Digest” from India-China Division, Air Transport Command, and a 1996 issue of "Ex-CBI Roundup.” These publications include handwritten notes throughout, presumably written by Bowman.

The memoir, “World War Two – My War,” is a typescript document written between 1989 and 1991 detailing Bradley’s journey to and service in the China Burma India Theater of War with the 151st Medical Battalion. Also included are fifteen photographs from this time; a page of handwritten captions accompanies the images.
