This collection consists primarily of blueprints documenting a number of University of Tennessee buildings, including Ayres Hall, Morgan Hall, Taylor Hall, Hodges Library, and Hoskins Library. It also houses plans to a building called University Hall (1894), which was never built. The collection also contains a number of building plans, including documents showing the president's office, an armory, and a library designed to hold 24,000 volumes. Finally, Box 15 houses a complete set of the original 1982 renovation plans for Hodges Library.
