Elkmont Historical District: Final Environmental Impact Statement and General Management Plan Amendment Volume 2, 2001
This collection documents the work of conservationist Harold Ray Payne with the Great Smoky Mountains. Included are papers, notebooks, reports, and books on several projects by Payne such as Elkmont preservation, Wonderland Hotel, and North Shore Road. There is some correspondence with representatives regarding funding and papers regarding legislation, namely with Ted Snyder.
