White in Knoxville, Tennessee, Samuel Hudson asks that White have his deposition for Hudson's case against Matthew McGuire, Samuel Rodgers, Ebenezer Alexander, Abner Jackson, and George W. Hazen recorded. Hudson has enclosed $1.00 to cover the cost of forwarding a certified copy.
