This collection houses conference planning materials and handouts, meeting minutes, publications, and other items documenting the Southeastern College Art Conference (SECAC) from 1930 to 2023. The collection is arranged into four series:

Series I: SECAC Conference Files (1942-2017) houses planning materials, financial reports, correspondence, registration forms, and attendee handouts.

Series II: Planning Files (1930-2017) contains planning meeting notes, correspondence, conference programs, individual membership lists, and copies of the SECAC Review.

Series III: Board Meeting Minutes (1942-2022) consists of typed and handwritten meeting minutes, financial reports/tax documents, and exhibit committee minutes.

Series IV: Newsletters and Publications (1959-2023) contains copies of the Institutional and Individual Membership Roster, Membership Bulletin, SECAC Directory, SECAC Review (Art Inquiries) and newsletters.
