Partially bound by string. Contains newspaper clippings from Reconstruction Era (post-Civil War 19th century) Tennessee. Most of the clippings deal with Southern politics in party platforms, the State and National Congress,, Supreme Court decisions, and the economy. There are many poems, short biographies, and interesting facts.
