This collection includes a minute book from the United Charities of Clarksville, dating from 1910-1925, recording attendees and synopses of reports presented at the meetings of the organization. Also included in the collection are pamphlets and loose sheets of notes that were found in the back of the minute book.

The book contains handwritten notes as well as typed notes folded or pasted into the book. The pamphlets include a printed copy of the organization's 1916 annual report as well as two copies of the constitution and by-laws of the organization.
