Front: Orr's assent to an allowance

Back: I Findley Orr of Monroe County State of Tennessee and one of the heirs of James Meek and being informed by B B Edmondson that he had failed to comply with that part of the law that requires Exr's to apply for a settlement within two years and being willing that said Exr,, be paid for his servises in setling said estate this is therefore to authorise the County Court of Washington Va on my part to allow said Exr,, a reasonable compensation for setling said Estate may the 10th, 1836
