This document contains a list of items given to two Cherokee Indians in exchange for the return of ten horses stolen from the Creek Nations. In lieu of money, the payment was in goods, including a rifle and powder and cloth. The document is signed by several Indian Agents, including Francis B. Sappington, in December 1797 and January 1798.
