Biographical/Historical Note
R. Stewart Lillard was born to Jasper Worth and Lettie Jane (Stewart) Lillard in Tennessee on August 16, 1892. He entered the University of Tennessee in 1911 and graduated with his BS in Civil Engineering on May 31, 1916. He died in Tennessee in April of 1971.
