Scope and Contents Note From the Collection: The contents of this collection include correspondence between the U.S. Relief Commission and European officials that helped coordinate aid. Prime ministers, ambassadors, and other foreign government office holders are mentioned from various European countries, and Herbert Hoover was heavily involved in this project as well.
