This collection consists of one original letter and one reprinted letter written by John W. Fox during the American Civil War which discuss his life in the army and his religious faith.In the first letter, Fox writes to Watson R. Anderson of the 102nd Ohio Volunteer Infantry from Head-Quarters in the District of Tennessee, Nashville, Tennessee.
