Scope and Contents Note From the Collection: This collection consists of two items dating from WWII: a weekly digest and a Germany Handbook. The digest, entitled Civil Affairs in Occupied and Liberated Territory, is dated 27 May 1948, and was prepared by the Analysis Branch for the Public Information Division of the Army.
