Donald F. Paine Evidence Lectures and Interview
This collection houses recordings of class lectures that Donald Paine presented on the intricacies of introducing evidence in trials and a DVD of an interview with Paine conducted for the Tennessee Bar Foundation Legal History Project.
Donald Paine Collection of Tennessee Law Institute Lectures
This collection consists of 33 audio compact discs (CD) containing sets of lectures presented at the 2007 and 2008 review seminars organized by the Tennessee Law Institute (TLI). The lectures are reviews of recent reported and unreported court decisions, new legislation, ethics, and other developments. Donald Paine is one of the organizers and faculty of the TLI.

This collection consists of three notebooks of United States consul-general Edwin S. Cunningham, written between October 12, 1891-June 7, 1892, while attending law school at the University of Michigan.
Law School Notebooks and Journal/Scrapbook
This collection contains several law school notebooks, kept by University of Tennessee students, C. D. H. Barnes, Peyton W. Guthrie, and possibly R. J. Barnes, from the 1930s. There is also a diary/scrapbook, kept by Mrs. Charles (Ethelyn) Burt of New York, in 1930.
