The Thompson-Boling arena construction photograph collection houses the photographs that were taken during the planning, construction, and finalization of Thompson-Boling Arena. The Thompson-boling Arena, home to the University of Tennessee's men's and women's basketball teams and the Lady Volunteer volleyball team, was first put in use during the 1987-88 sports season after its construction.

The earliest records were created by the two Councils' predecessors. Although the most frequently discussed programs are part of the College of Liberal Arts, other courses are documented as well.

This group worked to obtain better working conditions, routine and fair evaluations, and full insurance, among other rights, for all UT employees. The pamphlets also document the unfavorable reaction to the Tennessee Governor’s, UT President’s and UT Board of Trustees’ plans for implementing pay raises.

This collection houses a U. S. Army audit of the University of Tennessee's facilities conducted during World War II as well as the audit report and a workpaper.

This collection houses newspaper articles, press releases, correspondence, and brochures documenting various departments and programs at the University of Tennessee.

This collection houses a series of Vignettes produced by the University Historian's Office and printed in various campus publications. Each vignette constitutes a short article discussing an aspect of University of Tennessee history, for example past presidents, notable faculty, buildings, and student perspectives. Each folder contains draft and final copies of a single Vignette in addition to the research materials used to write it.

This collection includes a University of Tennessee Commencement Week Invitation from 1892. This invitation includes a schedule of events for the week and a list of Academic Department members. This invitation is still loosely bound with its original cover and blue tassel.

This collection contains one AMPEX reel of the 1969 University of Tennessee Orange and White Game donated by Carl Moore in November 2016. The Orange and White Game is an annual spring event for the university. The 1969 Orange and White Game was coached by Doug Dickey on May 7th with a score of White-23 and Orange-22.

These two advertisements promote the University of Tennessee's seven courses of study in literature, science, and engineering and describe 275 scholarships to the collegiate department. Both documents bear the University seal used from 1889 to 1890.
