This collection houses correspondence, invoices, receipts, lease agreements, mortgages, and other materials documenting B. R. Strong's business activities between 1880 and 1918.

This is a collection of papers, dating 1892-1894, belonging to Henry Baldwin. A majority of these papers are pertaining to some of Baldwin's stocks and investments. There are numerous letters from his stock holders and certificates entitling him to a number of shares of stock particularly in companies based out of Tennessee and North Carolina.

This collection consists of one receipt describing J. W. Wilson & Co.'s shipment of goods by rail. The record is printed on the official paper of the company and includes a description of the goods shipped. The document is intended to validate the receipt of the goods at the destination address. The objects were sent to a Mr. Lieb in Shelbyville, Tennessee and addressed to the care of Evans & Shepard.

This collection consists of two letters, three deeds belonging to John J. Daturic, and two monthly reports from the Knoxville Business College of R. A. Anderson. Daturic bought and sold real estate in Knox County. These materials span from circa 1877-1890.

This collection contains 48 handwritten ledger sheets from Parkes, Plunkett & Co. dated 1835-1874.

This collection includes 134 handwritten records for Parkes, Plunkett & Company dating between 1822 and 1853. The records include receipts, notes, correspondence, and drawings.
