Biographical/Historical Note
Arthur W. Fuller was born on September 8, 1813 in Wake County, NC to Ezekiel and Temperance Tate Fuller. Arthur married Levenia D. Moore on December 5, 1836 and Smithy Tolson on July 26, 1881 after the death of Levenia. Fuller died March 18, 1884 in Madison County, TN.
