Benjamin Watkins Leigh Letter to the Editor of the Richmond Enquirer Regarding Andrew Jackson

Abstract

In this letter to the editor of the Richmond Enquirer, Benjamin Watkins Leigh writes under the pseduonym Algernon Sidney to defend Andrew Jackson against critics of his character and actions. The collection conists of one handmade booklet containing the article in the newspaper cut and pasted to paper.
