This collection consists of a single mounted photograph taken in 1914. It pictures ten individuals in Battery A, part of the 30th "Old Hickory" Division of the United States Army. The back of the photograph includes the names of the individuals along with their home addresses. Handwritten details about the unit's numerical identifiers can also be seen on the back.

The photographs largely depict scenes from Levison’s time in northern France, including camp and trench life, destruction of towns and buildings, and artillery. Also included is a typed family history of the Levisons.
