African American Military Photograph Albums
Elvyn V. Davidson Scrapbook
This collection consists of Xerox copies of the scrapbook that Elvyn V. Davidson kept between approximately 1943 and 1946. It is made up primarily of photographs of Eastern (probably Japanese) women and some American soldiers and ephemera, including foreign currency, cartoons, poetry and newsletters.
George M. Valentine Collection
This collection documents the World War II service of George M. Valentine. It contains papers such as of newspaper clippings, a presidential citation to the 761st Tank Battalion, reunion and memorial service programs, and photographs, most of which are photocopies. It also includes a typed transcript of an oral history interview with Valentine conducted in 1987.

Roy Gordon Collection
Roy Gordon's book titled Battleground (1978), an anecdotal account of the black platoon in the 47th Infantry Regiment of which Roy Gordon was a member during World War II. The collection also contains four handwritten, loose-leaf diary pages with six entries from Europe written between 1944-1945.
