This collection consists of two drafts of a talk given to the Dickson County Historical Society by J. B. Murray. The talk concerned the history of the roads in Dickson County, Tennessee. The talk dated back to the early 1800s, when roads started to be built across the country.

Francelia Butler Collection on the Ruskin Co-operative Association
This collection, created by scholar Francelia Butler, documents the Ruskin Co-operative Association, which was active from 1893 to 1899 in Ruskin, Tennessee and from 1899 to 1901 in Ruskin, Georgia. Among these materials are published records, documents, photographs, newspapers (which discuss the economic depression of the 1890s that induced people to join the Commune), and published articles.

This collection houses photographs, alumni newspapers, programs, invitations, correspondence, and alumni lists documenting Ruskin Cave College. The majority of the material shows the institution and its students between approximately 1910 and 1916, but a few items document select alumni until 1964.

This collection contains a book purchased for Ruskin College visitors to sign. It contains twenty-three pages of signatures (and in some cases, addresses) of visitors between 1931 and 1959.
Ruskin Cooperative Association Collection
This collection houses membership lists, mementos, photographs, correspondence, legal papers, scrapbooks, minute books, notes, manuscripts, articles, clippings, and other materials documenting the Ruskin Cooperative Association. Many of these documents were created or collected by Grace (Stone) Buehler during the course of her research into the organization.
