The news clippings and photos are photocopies but include White’s handwritten captions and identifications.

“Stateside: A Time Capsule from World War II” by Robert Bracken
This collection is a typewritten memoir by Robert Bracken detailing his experiences serving stateside with the Third Service Command during World War II. The memoir is 95 pages and though it was printed and completed in 1991, the text is based off of Bracken’s original manuscript written just after the war in 1946.
Thomas J. Curtin Memoir
This collection contains the World War II memoir of Thomas Curtin. The manuscript begins with a letter written to his children explaining his reasonings for writing down his memories of his wartime experiences. The typed memoir is four pages long and focuses on Curtin’s experiences while discovering Stalag Luft III, a prisoner of war camp.
Thomas N. Parlon Oral History
This collection consists of an April 27, 2000 interview with Thomas N. W. E. (Bill) Warde Memoir
This collection contains W. E. (Bill) Warde's updated version of his memoir My Military Service which covers the time on the front lines in the European Theater (1944-1946). He recounts his experiences in various battles and gives details about the movements of his unit and what he describes as the "worst night of his life," when some of his fellow soldiers were captured and killed in Germany.
W. Lewis Wood Oral History
This folder contains the transcript of an interview with W. Lewis Wood, dated 3 August 2002, conducted in Memphis, Tenn., by Kurt Piehler and Nashwa Van Houts of the Veteran's Oral History Project. Wood discusses his childhood in Memphis, his experiences as an engineering student at the University of Tennessee, and his time serving in the US Navy and Army during World War II and the Korean War, respectively.
