It has the name Rosa Cadin [possibly Carlin] written in pencil, and Jennie McEwen written in ink. The relationship between these two individuals (if any) is unknown.

This collection consists of one copy of War Ration Book For (number 107643) issued to Lillie Evans of Servilla, Tennessee in approximately 1943. In general, these books contained six types of stamp: blue (for canned foods), green (for processed foods), red (for meats, butter, fats, and oils), spare (which were validated for various types of foods based on availability), coffee, and sugar. With the exception of coffee and sugar stamps, all of these varieties are present in this book.
