Abstract This certificate of disability for discharge from the Army of the Confederate States of America verifies that Thomas N. Skelton is unable to perform the duties of a soldier in the 27th Tennessee Infantry Regiment. He was examined by Army Surgeon A. Wright, who found that he had two separate wounds.
