These letters include attempts to obtain funding from various government entities, arrangements for Harold Moser to come to the University of Tennessee campus to take part in the project, a budget summary for the year 1978, and discussion of a collaboration with Vanderbilt University.

This collection consists primarily of Patrick Brady's writings and publications. He was particularly interested in period style, structuralism, archetypal theory, psychoanalysis, transactional analysis, group behavior theory, feminism, multiculturalism, catastrophe theory, chaos and complexity theory, and control theory and published extensively on the Rococo style, Zola, and Proust. The collection also houses a body of Brady's correspondence, slides, and other materials.

Proposal to the Ford Foundation

This collection houses a proposal to the Ford Foundation for a grant of $3,960,000 to strengthen graduate programs in science and engineering at the University of Tennessee in cooperation with the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
