Dick Gregory for President Dollar
This collection houses a phony dollar dated November 5, 1968 promoting civil rights activist Dick Gregory for President and Mark Lane for Vice President. These souvenirs were handed out to students when Gregory spoke at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in the winter of 1968-1969.

The collection also houses several letters to and from Earl Zwingle, Milton Klein, and former University of Tennessee President Joseph Johnson.
Early University of Tennessee Faculty Papers
This collection houses a series of papers circulated among the University of Tennessee faculty between 1893 and 1905. A large portion of the material consists of correspondence between faculty members and various students requesting course substitutions or more time to complete their degrees. Also included are the minutes of numerous faculty meetings.

This collection consists of a daybook and a ledger documenting East Tennessee College (later East Tennessee University). The daybook covers the years 1843 to 1869 while the ledger shows 1829 to 1858.
East Tennessee Holocaust Conference Program
This collection houses a program and a final report documenting the East Tennessee Holocaust Conference, which was held in the University Center from April 1-3, 2001. The program contains a schedule of events and the final report includes short summaries of the effectiveness of the events as well as information on such topics as facilities and publicity.

Faculty Minutes and Curriculum Proposal Records
This collection houses seven record books containing Faculty Minutes and curriculum proposals from the years 1840 to 1857 and from 1869 to 1896. An additional volume of Special Records contains the report of the faculty to the Board of Trustees regarding the proposed curriculum for the Fall Quarter of 1884 and a newspaper account of the Board meeting in which the report was considered.
